- What does your packaging look like?

We take pride in wrapping our products to the best standards for shipping. We want you feel as happy and excited about opening your order as you would when given a present. So we use lovely packaging for each item and then place them into a bubble envelope ready to be sent to you. Sometimes we may use recycled packaging for your order.
We would also recommend recycling all packaging from your order. - I want to send a purchase as a gift.
- This is no problem for us and we would be happy to help you out. All our orders are wrapped up like gifts as standard, so there is no extra charge for this. Just write us a note in the message box before confirming a purchase, or by sending an email through the 'Contact us' page with your order number and instructions.
Let us know if you'd like us to attach a little message to each item. Also whether you'd like us to post your receipt to a different address or just email it through to you instead. - How often do you add new products to your website?
- This can sometimes vary but we aim to add a few items at least once a week. So please keep checking back for new products.
You could follow us on Facebook and Twitter, we keep followers up to date with information on newly added products. - What is your recommended wash care?
- Our products are delicate items, both the vintage and handmade items, so we recommend taking care when washing.
Some fabrics are prone to shrink, it would be best not to wash accessories.
- Do NOT machine wash, hand wash only.
- Wash with cold water and with delicate fabric wash liquid (we use Ecover delicate wash liquid)
- Do NOT tumble dry, hang dry.
- Wash items separately. Although we heat treat printed items sometimes colours can run when washed.

Please note that vintage sizing varies from todays sizing. For example: if you're a womens size 10 in todays sizing, then you'll need a vintage size 12. - How much is the cost of delivery
- We ship to the United Kingdom and Europe using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days from the date of purchase.
UK standard delivery (3 - 4 working days) is £2.99 per order.
Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland) standard delivery (5 - 7 working days) is £3.99 per order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties and/or taxes for goods purchased upon entering the country of destination. Please allow up to 5-6 days for delivery in the UK and up to 2 weeks for Europe.

We use Paypal for our checkout and to process card payments.
The following cards are accepted:
Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo.
Or you can pay for an order with your Paypal account by logging in on the checkout page. - I don't have a Paypal account. How can I pay?
- That's fine, you don't have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Instead click continue without a Paypal account in the bottom left of the browser window.
Orders

- We aim to dispatch all orders within three days. When we have shipped your order we will send you an email to let you know that it is on the way to you.
- When will my order arrive?
- We use Royal Mail for deliveries.
All orders in the UK should allow up to 5-6 days for delivery.
All orders from Europe should allow up to 2 weeks. - How do I return products/order?
- If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange or refund items within 14 days of receipt. Simply email us and ask us for a returns form and a return address.
Goods should be returned in their original unworn condition and/or with tags attached.
The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, so we recommend using a recorded delivery for a proof of delivery. - Have you received my returned goods?
- Once we receive your returned goods and have checked the products are in original condition, we will then issue you with a full refund.
We will then email you to let you know that we've received the goods and issued a refund to your original method of payment.
